Near Collingwood since 2003

Ladro was one of the first restaurants to open on Gertrude Street – just around the corner from Collingwood. We opened our doors in 2003 and our wood-fired pizza quickly became a local favourite.

Is there parking nearby?

There is metered street parking on Gertrude Street, as well as Gore Street.

Are you near public transport?

Yes, you’ll find us on the 86 tram line. The tram stop is a short 30 second walk from Ladro.

Do you offer gluten-free?

Yes, we have gluten-free pizza bases and also have gluten-free gnocchi. Several of our starter dishes also have gluten-free alternatives. Please chat to your waiter about our gluten-free options.

We use rice flour to dust the benches while making our pizza. This is a gluten-free flour.

Is Ladro BYO?

No, Ladro is not BYO.

Are you vegan?

Many of our dishes can be altered to be made vegan. This includes our pizzas, which can be topped with vegan cheese.

The ambiance is really nice - good for a casual date. Big enough to fit large groups. They do have a section at the back that they can probably close off if you book.
