Wowsers, what a year!
At least Ladro & Ladro TAP will be open everyday except the main public holidays, right through the holiday season. To be be frank, without all your support, we’re not certain we’d have made it to Christmas this year – so thank you. Thank you for supporting us through takeaway only, buying goods from our Ladro Supermarket & Bottleshop, and most of all for dining with us the last six weeks. We’re so glad to be back doing what we love and can’t wait til 2021 ticks over.
Have a safe, feast filled and laughter riddled holiday with all your favourite people – but if COVID restrictions are keeping you apart, just know we’ll be thinking of you.

We miss our mums. We’re sure you do too.
Nothing is more comforting than a warm, reassuring mum hug when life challenges us most, and Covid lockdown sure is testing that theory. This weekend most of us have to settle for a warm hug of mama style cooking instead. Thanks for you votes too – the two most popular options are in the boxes.

You may be in lockdown this Easter but Ladro is going to make sure you get to celebrate!
Pre-order before Good Friday for Saturday collection via DRIVE-UP, PICK-UP or DELIVERY within a 5km radius of Fitzroy and Prahran.
Nothing’s gonna stop us this Easter (not even Covid-19) and we’ll be OPEN Good Friday, Easter Saturday & Easter Sunday for takeaway and Ladro Supermarket essentials. We taking Easter Monday off to spend time with family and friends (socially distanced of course).

What is the EASTER FOOD PACK?

Each pack feeds 2 people for a Sunday Feast but you can order for 4, 6, 8, 10 or more. Everything will be prepared for you to reheat & eat!
Easter packs are $55 for two people, valued at $72. Times are tight for everyone so we’ve kept it Covid-budget-friendly.
Pay it forward and order for healthcare workers needed a bit of Ladro love or someone you know who could use a treat.
*Hot Cross Buns but the awesome Neds need to be ordered by Wednesday.

Functions – $35 ‘Feed Me Menu’

Our new $35 Feed Me Menu is perfect for lunchtime functions and seated dinners. It caters for all dietary needs so everyone will enjoy the feast. Gluten free, vegan, dairy free and other dietary options are available upon request. The $35 Feed Me can be adapted to suit stand-up functions within our function spaces, or you can simply select one of our stand up & cocktail menus.

Ladro is ideal for functions and events of all sizes and occasions whether intimate gatherings, special celebrations, presentations and launch events.

Our stunning spaces, marble tables and minimal Italian interior spaces can be a arranged to suit your occasion and styled to create the perfect atmosphere. AV equipment available includes a ceiling mounted projector with built in screen in Prahran and microphones with zoned audio. We love live music and welcome bands and ensembles and if you want us to take all the hard work out of organising live music, we have exclusive access to some of the finest music makers Melbourne has to offer.

Of course if dancing is a must, we arrange a dance floors to boogie the night away. Our Prahran restaurant has a 24 hour licence so you can dance til you drop!

Set the scene with our local award winning florist Flowers Vassette . They create stunning table pieces right through through to ceiling mounted floral arrangements for dramatic effect. Our resident designer will also create stunning greenery or floral pieces when you want a more minimal aesthetic. Let us know your thoughts and we’ll organise a customised quote.

BUON ANNO + HAPPY 2016!

Happy New Year!

We all slept in today…No, not really, but we are opening up a little later than usual due to the joys of using a wood fire oven. When we shut down for long periods, say 9 days like we did this year, the oven can take more than 24 hours to warm up again to over 400 degrees! Hot stuff!

So today we are opening at:
5:30 in FITZROY and 4pm in PRAHRAN.

See you tonight for the first pizza in 2016 ! ! !

LADRO TAP X FERAL BREWING Co.

It’s an eating drinking Masterclass, where you get to meet the makers and good folk from each of the breweries we have on TAP, share a feast of 4-5 beers matched to dishes from the Ladro TAP kitchen…what’s not to love!

First TAP off the rank is Feral Brewing Co. A family owned hand-crafted micro brewery 20 kms outside of Perth WA in the Swan Valley. Known for pushing the boundaries of their craft, Feral is a mutli-award winning brewery and brew everything from a very drinkable [addictive] session beer to unusually delicious styles, like the Smoked Porter we have on TAP at Ladro.

We’ve been very busy taste testing over 150 beers from the finest brewers around the nation…tough job and all in the name of research of course.

We are now proud to present the line-up and we think you’ll be just as chuffed as we are. We look forward to seeing you at Ladro TAP soon for a fine beverage. We’ve also expanded our hours in Prahran so you can eat & drink earlier, til later.

15 TAPS + PIZZA + MUSIC…and Negroni, of course…

We are really excited to launch Ladro TAP in Greville St Prahran. It’s all about reducing our bottle waste and relaxing it up with our new bar + lounge area.
And, on Friday and Saturday nights, we’re rolling out the vinyl decks with a pretty damn awesome line up of Music Selectors ready to top off a night of eating and drinking until midnight!
If you think the TAP beer line up is amazing, you’ll need to hear how great the music line up is to believe it…Keep posted for Andras Fox later in the year.
